As a Draughtsman, you will play a vital role in the installation and shopfitting projects for hotels and other clients. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Fusion360, or Solid WorX. Your drawings will guide the construction and installation teams, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of the interior spaces of hotels, including installation and shopfitting elements.
- Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Fusion360, or Solid Works to develop accurate and precise drawings.
- Ensure that drawings adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address any design or technical issues.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a library of drawings and related documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify opportunities for design improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting software and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in the installation and shopfitting industry.
- Proficiency in using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Fusion360, or Solid Works.
- Strong knowledge of construction and shopfitting processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise drawings.
- Ability to interpret architectural and design drawings and translate them into technical drawings.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
