Bim Gla Draughtsman Position

Flair Tm is seeking a qualified and experienced BIM Gla Draughtsman to collaborate with engineers and architects on seamless data exchange and communication networks.
This role requires managing GLA modelling for a large property portfolio within a multidisciplinary in-house practice. The successful candidate will refine and grow the portfolio's as-built area model database for data lake export, working alongside the BIM Manager and Archibus system.
Key Qualifications- National Diploma in Architectural Technology, preferably with Autodesk-accredited AEC Fundamentals Certificates.
- No less than 5 years of experience in a Technologist role, demonstrating expertise in SAPOA methods for calculating building areas.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and full Autodesk AEC software suite, including Revit and related AEC plugins.
A strong discipline in practical application of SAPOA methods is essential. Experience in preparing as-built models, surveys, scans, and PDF records is highly advantageous.
