**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritise key clients and industries for targeted sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and outreach.
- Understand client needs and objectives to tailor sales proposals accordingly.
- **Advertising Sales**:

- Sell advertising space in magazines and publications to businesses and related organisations.
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the value of advertising in our publications.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to align advertising content with the publication's audience.
- **Exhibition and Event Sales**:

- Promote and sell exhibition space at conferences and events.
- Identify and secure sponsors for conferences and events.
- Work closely with event organisers to ensure smooth execution of sponsored activities.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in media, advertising, or events.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with advertising and media industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
