Employment risk administrator

Reporting to Employment risk manager

DUTIES:

- Conducting employment confirmations
- Conducting employment references
- Internet searches
- Analysing risk assessments and recommendations based on verification results
- Assigning results according to feedback received
- Liaising and building relationships with clients and agents
- Adhering to company and divisional service level agreements in terms of quality and time specifications

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must have matric (Grade 12)
- Tertiary level qualification (degree or diploma)
- Language: Fluent in English
- Look presentable at all times
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong team player

working times

8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Remuneration:
R8 500-R10 000 depending on experience and qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: R8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
