**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and consistently follow up all wellness tenders/Request for proposals (RFPs) across all media in South Africa specifically but also on the African continent.
- Attend applicable tender briefings.
- Provide coordination and guidance on the development of tender documents.
- Organise pre-tender meetings with relevant staff to ensure model development and deliverables are clear, agreed and achievable.
- Communicate with Senior Managers in respect to role responsibilities and professional expertise in order to assist with content development and refinement.
- Plan, develops index and maintain technical wellness write-up documentation used for wellness tender submissions.
- Work collaboratively with different specialists in developing a comprehensive multi-disciplinary wellness approach to tender requirements.
- Monitors and request tender feedback (unsuccessful tenders) to review and refine tender development efforts to drive a higher tender success rate.
- Coordinate, maintain and track all work contributing to tender development and ensure timelines fit tender timelines.
- Take responsibility for ensuring tenders and submissions are summited in a timely manner, meeting all submission criteria.
- Research and refine organisational knowledge relating to new ways of writing tenders and building a strong repository of content to reduce the timeframe to submit wellness tenders.
- Maintain, create and compile supplementary tender materials (such as statutory reports, required legal documents, relevant business references from clients, etc.) as needed for proposals and submissions.
- Prepare, maintain, and save appropriate statistical data, reports and analysis activities as required for future wellness tenders.
- Participate in identifying professional tender development and training needs and attend professional development activities as required.
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources/Learning and Development will be advantages), while further studies in Employee Wellness will also be advantages.
- A passion to conduct research and write wellness tenders based on the latest thinking in the wellness landscape.
- The ability to research and integrate across all specialities in the wellness space.
- A passion to create and structure innovative wellness solutions for future clients.
- At least 4 years’ experience in wellness and preparing wellness tenders.

- Computer Literate
- South African born citizen
