We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our high-end clothing store team.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.
Assist customers in selecting high-end clothing items, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
Provide in-depth product knowledge, including fabric, style, and care instructions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Sales and Product Knowledge:Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling when appropriate.
Stay current with the latest fashion trends and the store's inventory to provide expert advice.
Maintain a deep understanding of the features and benefits of each clothing item and accessory.

Merchandising and Store Presentation:Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Participate in merchandising efforts, including restocking, arranging displays, and creating attractive window displays.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience and maintain a cohesive work environment.
Assist with training new employees and providing support as needed.

Inventory Management:Monitor and report on inventory levels to help with stock replenishment and ordering.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience, especially in a high-end or luxury clothing store, is preferred.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a strong sense of style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional and polished appearance, reflecting the high-end nature of the store.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
