We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations for our client based in Parkhurst.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule employee shifts and manage payroll.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- **Sales and Inventory Management**:

- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Manage store budgets and expenses effectively.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar role.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

**Salary**:
R8000 - R12 000 + Commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
