Franchise dealership based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town has a position open for an experienced Creditors Clerk. This is a very demanding position, as this is a very busy dealership.

Duties include, but is not limited to:

- Perform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments.
- Reconcile purchase orders to invoices.
- Ensure invoices are captured correctly.
- Respond to queries.
- Load new creditors
- Provide monthly creditors age analysis for review.
- Support the finance team with preparation of financial reports.
- Assist the finance team in preparation of annual audits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Creditors Clerk at franchise dealership level.
- MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE ON EVOLVE SOFTWARE
- Excellent Excel skills
- Tertiary qualification / certificate / diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping preferred.
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record

Salary package is negotiable. Company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.
