**PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE**:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for selling Ignite Fitness Corporate Membership Packages directly to corporate companies to benefit their company staff benefit schemes. Focus is mainly on large corporations as well as small and medium enterprises.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generating new opportunities to sell Ignite Fitness Membership Packages to corporate accounts - Large, medium, and small enterprise.
- Prospecting potential corporate accounts using different databases, directories, and door-to door activities.
- Calling on potential clients by telephone or face to face, setting appointments for first visit needs analysis.
- Creating proposals in line with their corporate benefit needs and presenting these to the client
- Ensuring sales proposals are signed as per presented terms.
- Managing accounts ensuring employees get the most out of the health and fitness benefit through organising of wellness days, on site and in club fitness events to aid in retention and renewal of contracts.
- In addition to ensure high communication to the main contacts in terms of usage and monthly marketing campaigns, and internal communications to their staff.
- In so doing, manage accounts to ensure consistent growth and referrals from within the company
- Forge strong relationships where contacts may refer other potential business contacts as new opportunities.
- Develop sales and marketing tools, processes, and systems to manage and report on the function.
- Ensuring the delivery of all necessary admin documents.
- Filling in daily and monthly reports and submitting them to the direct manager as required.
- Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
- Effective time management of reporting and office work activities.
- Always operating with the highest standards of personal integrity.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

Relevant tertiary qualification preferred Sales and/or Marketing qualification

Advanced corporate communication and presentation skills

Previous sales management experience
- **Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

1-2 years of corporate sales experience.

Advanced computer skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.

Ability to work remotely.

A passion and strong knowledge of the health and fitness industry.

A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience

Promotion and sales skills to sell the Ignite Fitness product and service effectively

Ability to plan, prioritise and administratively co-ordinate/compile monthly and weekly reports

The ability to build and maintain rapport with key clients and identify new opportunities

Excellent telephone, communication and listening skills

Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills

Must be customer-centric

Must be able to analyse the market and use data to penetrate the market effectively

Must be financially astute and be able to understand sales budgets

Able to calculate performance ratios

Understand and adhere to company systems and processes

Must have excellent client relationship building skills across all customer demographics
