The position requires a driven, ambitious team player who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment.

The Implementation team within the Wealth business unit, is responsible for business partnering with the various business units and our clients. Our focus is to be organised around clients in line with our new sales methodology and our focus is on building and maintaining strategic relationships and scale.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on- Implement and configure Iress products / functionality to match business requirements and in line with business standards / practices.- Escalation point for implementation / support related queries.- Strong engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders and teams.- Thoroughly document each solution and hand over- Clear and consistent communications / feedback with stakeholders by means of prescribed processes and tools.- Time management and prioritisation of tasks to maximise productivity.- Increase product / market knowledge applicable to the role. Willingness to share knowledge and experience.- Attention to detail and being risk averse when making any change in a production environment.- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.- All hands on deck approach to severity 1 or 2 incidents.

Core Skills, Knowledge and Attributes- 65% pass rate in your undergraduate- South African citizenship- No previous participation in a graduate/internship programme- No previous employment in IT EE position- Critical thinker- Good communication skills- Time management- Agile- Willingness to challenge and question existing practices and processes to confirm ongoing relevance or suitable weighting of time and effort.- Attention to detail and capable of combining different items of information to identify problem/solution- Able to illustrate well-developed problem solving skills- Advanced computer literacy skills

- BCom Investments and Corporate Finance- Bcom Finance- Financial Services DegreesTo be successful in this role you will- A thirst for knowledge- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with all levels of customers and stakeholders, both internal and external- First class attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy- Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines- A self-starter, with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of delivering tasks, as well as the capacity to think out of the norm- Ability to create and provide solutions upon encountering an issue- Passion to challenge current processes and drive positive change, ensuring relevant controls are in place- Able to work collaboratively to support colleagues
