The Implementation team within the Wealth business unit, is responsible for business partnering with the various business units and our clients. Our focus is to be organised around clients in line with our new sales methodology and our focus is on building and maintaining strategic relationships and scale.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on- Implement and configure Iress products / functionality to match business requirements and in line with business standards / practices.- Escalation point for implementation / support related queries.- Strong engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders and teams.- Thoroughly document each solution and hand over- Clear and consistent communications / feedback with stakeholders by means of prescribed processes and tools.- Time management and prioritisation of tasks to maximise productivity.- Increase product / market knowledge applicable to the role. Willingness to share knowledge and experience.- Attention to detail and being risk averse when making any change in a production environment.- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.- All hands on deck approach to severity 1 or 2 incidents.
