Our client, with their own brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic **Logistics/ Operational Administrator.**

**Responsibilities**

**Manufacturing logistics**:

- Coordination of movement of dry stock and ingredients for manufacturing.
- Movement of final product to warehouse or destination.
- Order of dry stock and ingredients.

**Stocktaking**:

- Stocktaking and reports weekly.

**Merchandise orders and stock keeping**:

- Order of merchandise and quality check of merchandise on arrival.
- Stock keeping.

**Courier relations plus packaging and dispatch management**:

- Help secure proper packaging and order in box checks.
- Dispatch administration of everything leaving the storeroom.
- All courier relations; national and international.

**Other**:

- Manage administration of online sales.
- Some general enquiries and administration.
- Communication with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
- Driver’s license.
- Computer skilled (MS Office, Internet).
- Knowledge of Mailchimp will be beneficial.
- Good communication skills.

**Area**: Hermanus

**Starting date**: As soon as possible.

**Salary package**: +- R15k p.m

**Hours**: Mon - Fri; 08h00 - 17h00
