**Duties**:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Preparing of reports on Excel as request.
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong administration skills
- MS Office - Mainly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous work experience in similar role
- Organised and neat
- People’s person
- Work well under pressure
- Figure orientated and strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a team environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be proficient in English (read, write and speak)
- Problem solver
- Able to prioritize effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability.

- Reliable transport
- Strong work ethic

Workdays: Tuesdays - Saturdays

Offices closed over Christmas and New Years.
