**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and grow an existing portfolio through effective relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and financial wellness.
- ** Financial Acumen**: Analyze and interpret financial data, including actuarial information, budgets, and financial statements, to provide strategic insights and value to clients.
- ** Business Development**: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the portfolio, ensuring new business growth and long-term client partnerships.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with internal departments and engage with executives at client organizations to deliver customized financial solutions.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Lead change and drive innovation, continuously enhancing services and solutions offered to clients.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., **B.Comm**, **B.Comm Accounting**).
- ** FAIS Compliant** with a minimum of **5 years’ experience** in client services and operations, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in managing business operations and financial portfolios.
- Experience with the **Cell Captive Insurance Model** is a plus.
