**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Client liaison, content updates, front-end development and project management
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks with respect for deadlines
- Design new features, fix bugs and improve content
- Ensure sites are optimised - and cross-platform and cross-browser compatible
- Provide expert knowledge of web technology to develop visually aesthetic and user-friendly pages in line with current web standards for desktop and mobile platforms
- Routine web management tasks (publishing content, creating graphics, troubleshooting and reviewing sites regularly)
- Collect and analyse web analytics and similar data; identifies opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic, and other relevant metrics.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- BSc, BCom or relevant IT-related national qualification
- At least 5 years’ web experience
- Driver’s licence
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and Bootstrap
- Understanding of SEO and Analytics
- Knowledge of responsive grid layouts, media liaison, responsive workflow and mobile first approach
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Professional)
