Position Description:
Are you passionate about our brands and would like to join a leading retailer?

The Store is in need of an individual who is process driven and has attention to detail. As an Admin Manager you will provide admin support by assisting the Store Manager with reporting and stock management.

**Your key areas of responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the Store Manager with stock take & store administration
- Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store
- Ensure compliance of all administration, systems and reporting procedures
- Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
- Organise and maintain in store filing systems
- Monitor and controller cash or transactional activities to ensure process is followed
- Establish Customer loyalty, by promoting cash reward programs
- Uphold in store safety and security procedures

**Requirements**:

- A Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail or admin experience
- Computer litracy (Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail
- Organised and admin orientated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to manage risk within the store
