Project and Admin Manager

**Introduction**
Our Legal Client, based in Durban, is looking for an experienced Project and Admin Manager to join their team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Manage phases/processes in multiple projects.
Plan, develop, analyse, and implement admin processes.
Create documents.
Manage agreement receipts and payments.
Conveyancer appointments.
Manage Conveyancing administration processes.
Prepare division plans and programmes.
Train and manage a team of administrators.
Manage monthly budgets and claims.
Attend internal department meetings.
Attend Client meetings when required.
Monthly reporting.
Systems management.
Data analysis.
Responsible for quality assurance.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
Matric.
Relevant degree or diploma will be beneficial.
At least four years experience in a simialr role.
Experience managing a team.
Must come from a Conveyancing or property background.
High level of organisation.
Advanced excel skills. Must be familair with formulas, Vlook ups, pivot tables etc.
