E-Commerce Manager - Johannesburg south, R35K Neg.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Ecommerce manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of all online activity. They are responsible for conveying a consisten brand image.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Develop eCommerce revenue growth strategies.
Utilize and implement marketing and industry specific analysis to identify trends to assist eCommerce growth strategy.
Building external networks through Partner programs to promote and sell the companies offering.
Build solid business relationships with current and prospective clients so that the company is recognized as the go-to eCommerce service enabler.
To provide the relevant stakeholders/partners with direction, being the go-to individual for support and assistance for any stage of the implementation process with the client.
To oversee, support and manage (in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders) all technical requirements for eCommerce, so that client needs for their online business platforms are met, and the companies service offerings maximized.

To formulate budgets (in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders) to plan for e-marketing expenditures.
Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms. Building an internal team and directing the activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic

Designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
Analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
Overseeing Design and Developments of Website
Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
Design and Execute Roadmaps
Incorporate Best Practices
Budget Effectively
Supervise all activities and product development
Work closely with web development and technical teams
Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers

Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans
Team Management and Progress Monitoring
Quality Control and Assurance
Developing Schedules and Timescales The Role
An Ecommerce Managers role is to oversee, manage and optimise a company's online sales and presence

**Education & Experience Requirements**

Relevant tertiary degree/diploma in field - Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.

Extensive experience as an E-Commerce Manager, at least 5- eCommerce dealing with:
Building and managing eCommerce strategies/methodologies/frameworks to meet revenue targets;
Assessing operational needs/requirements and best practices in eCommerce management to assist implementation processes;
Managing internal and external partners/stakeholders in relation to meeting client eCommerce needs and expectations;
Digital marketing activities/strategy;
Strong experience with Shopify
Strong knowledge of Web/Google Analytics;
Strong project management capabilities;
Familiarity in developing and managing eBusiness functions enterprise practices and framework procedures
Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
