**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges relevant to our focus areas. Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop marketing campaigns aimed at raising awareness, promoting initiatives, and engaging target audiences. Utilize market segmentation and audience profiling techniques to tailor messaging and tactics for maximum impact.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development of long-term marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provide input on positioning, branding, and messaging strategies to enhance our visibility and influence in key sectors.
- **Performance Tracking**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- **Thought Leadership**: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing theory and practice. Contribute to the dissemination of thought leadership content through publications, presentations, and participation in industry events.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues across departments, including research, communications, and policy analysis, to integrate marketing efforts into broader organizational strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to maximize impact and achieve shared objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE YOUR MASTERS OR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETION. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning, preferably in a research, consultancy, or think tank environment.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for social impact, public policy, and advancing knowledge in key areas of societal importance.
