Responsibilities:

- Vigilantly monitor live streaming CCTV footage and identify any suspicious activity.
- Conduct daily CCTV and system checks to ensure optimal functionality.
- Capture relevant data, including incident reports and incident logs.
- Effectively communicate pertinent information regarding on-site and off-site movements.
- Collaborate with armed response personnel and field supervisors, providing detailed information when required.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring clients receive the highest level of support.
- Daily planning, routing and scheduling of vehicles
- Ensure all activities regarding long distance operations are executed.
- On-route control & monitoring
- Ensure all vehicles in the fleet are properly maintained; registered; licensed; and compliant with legal regulations.
- Ensure that all collections and deliveries are managed in an efficient and speedy manner.
- Remain in constant communication with drivers and clients.
- Attend to general administration and documentation management daily.
- Ensuring that customer / client relationships are maintained to the highest satisfaction.
- Staff Management. Ensure that all staff members adhere to the Company policies and procedures.
- Take disciplinary action for non-conformances and breaches of discipline.
- Report, monitor and manage all accidents and incidents.

Job Requirements:

- 1+ Years Fleet Controller experience
- Matric
- National Diploma in Transport Management - Added advantage.
- Knowledge of the transport industry.
