Plumber

**ONLY CVS WITH QUALIFICATIONS AND TRADETEST CERTIFICATES WILL BE CONSIDERED**

1. Installations: install pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and dishwashers. Carefully measure, cut, and thread pipes to fit the required specifications.

2. Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and damaged pipes. Be able to use various tools and techniques to fix or replace faulty components, ensuring the smooth operation of plumbing systems.

3. Inspections: Plumbers will be expected to conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. They may perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future issues and ensure the longevity of plumbing systems.

4. Troubleshooting: When faced with complex plumbing problems, plumbers must use their expertise to identify the root cause and develop effective solutions. They may collaborate with other professionals, such as electricians or construction workers, to address interconnected issues.

5. Customer Service: Plumbers are expected to interact with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions. They must be able to offer advice on plumbing system maintenance, recommend upgrades or replacements, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.

6. Documentation: Plumbers will be expected to maintain accurate records of their work, including invoices, service reports, and material usage.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
