**Wer wir sind**:
Wir sind eine internationale Sprachenagentur mit Sitz in Kapstadt, Südafrika. Von hier aus koordinieren wir Sprachenprojekte für Firmen und Privatkunden aus Deutschland und Europa. Übersetzungen und Transkriptionen sind unsere Spezialität. Wir kennen uns aber auch mit anderen Sprachdienstleistungen aus: Lektorate, Copywriting und Texterstellung, Daten
- und Texterfassung, Codierung und Vertonung. Wir kommen aus Südafrika und Deutschland und fühlen uns in Kapstadt zu Hause. Im Büro sprechen wir Deutsch, Englisch, Zulu und Afrikaans manchmal auch alle vier Sprachen in einem Satz. Wir sind ein kleines Team und arbeiten eng miteinander zusammen. Flexibilität, positive Energie und Freude bei der Arbeit sind uns wichtig.

**Über diese Stelle**:
**Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt darin, die optimale Abwicklung von Sprachen-Projekten auf einem qualitativ hohen Niveau sicherzustellen. Diese Position ist Vollzeit und ab sofort zu besetzen. Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, bist selbstorganisiert, pro-aktiv und hast ein Auge fürs Detail und liebst Gründlichkeit? Dann haben wir vielleicht genau den richtigen Job für dich.**

**Konkrete Aufgaben deiner neuen Position**:

- Sprachen-Projektmanagement: Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den Übersetzern/Schreibkräften, und anderen Linguisten
- Als Teil unseres Projektmanagement-Teams: selbstständige Betreuung von Kunden in allen oder den meisten Produktbereichen von Angebotserstellung, über Projektplanung bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umwandlung von Kundenanfragen in konkrete Aufträge, primär durch das Erstellen von passgenauen Angeboten auf Kundenanfragen in Form von E-Mails und persönliche Kundenkommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Projektleitung, Marketing und Recruitment und du trägst damit zur Weiterentwicklung des Kundenstamms und des Auftragsvolumens des Unternehmens bei
- Entscheidung über die Auftragsvergabe und eigenverantwortliche Auftragskoordination bei Sprachenprojekten
- Unterstützung bei ausgesuchten Marketingmaßnahmen zur Gewinnung von Neukunden und Erweiterung deines Kundenstamms
- Management der abschließenden Qualitätskontrolle deiner Kundenprojekte

**Dein Profil**:
Wichtiger als Abschlüsse und langjährige Berufserfahrung sind uns eine positive Einstellung, Energie und Fokus sowie der Wille, Neues zu lernen und Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen.

**Erfahrung in den folgenden Bereichen ist vorteilhaft**:

- Projektmanagement, Key-Account-Management
- Studium der Germanistik/Anglistik, Angewandte Linguistik, Übersetzungsstudium
- Eine weitere Sprache neben Deutsch und Englisch

**Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten**:

- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprachniveau), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kundenfreundlicher und professioneller Kommunikationsstil
- Ergebnisoriente und pro-aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Kollegen
