**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Main Purpose of Position**:
We are looking for a talented, diligent CRM & Pricing Supervisor to maintain and administer Sage AccPac and Sage CRM databases. The role includes ensuring that costs and prices are controlled and managed effectively, while also ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.
You should have an excellent ability to diagnose and solve problems using your in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions, patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users

**Administration**
- High-Level understanding of the Sage AccPac and Sage CRM systems to ensure workable pricing models.
- Enter and analyze pricing and sales data, including confirming accuracy
- Decipher, update, and Maintain Brand pricing models for both existing and new vendors
- Collaboration with Brand Teams on pricing strategies and different projects they are involved in
- Frequent Review of pricing on open orders
- Maintaining training material for the different systems and provide training to users
- Understanding of the Vendor operational processes to ensure alignment of FD pricing models.

**Minimum Experience**:
- Sage CRM and / or Accpac Sage 300 system experience
- 2 - 3 years systems administration experience
- Matric Pure Maths
- 2-3 years working experience with mathematical / pricing formulae
- 2 -3 years pricing knowledge / administering
- 2-3 years’ experience in an IT Distribution environment - advantage
- 2-3 years’ experience in managing / supervising a team
- Advanced Excel Skills
**Must have Skills**:
- Must have strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong organizational and office technology skills
- Advanced background with ERP and CRM systems
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts - critical
- Comfortable managing and leading a team
- Proficient in IT systems terminology
**Office Requirements**:
- Work-from-office environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 - 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.

- The remuneration package will be discussed during the interviewing process.
- Follow through with a 3-month probation review which will be scheduled by Human Resources monthly.
