**Role Overview**
The role is to provide after sales service support to customers and to maintain / improve customer services. Reporting to: Sales Director
**Key Performance Areas: Core Functions**
- Regular visits to existing customers to maintain good working relationships.
- Do inspections on existing product installations to determine if anything needs to be replaced or repaired.
- Able to do quotations on repairs and maintenance of existing product installations.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly internal reports
- Collaborate very closely with internal and external stakeholders - Production/ Finance/Accounts/ Second Hand division/ Sales, as well as installers
**Qualifications, Experience and Requirements**
- Relevant experience and knowledge of racking and shelving.
- Must be able to read technical drawings.
- Ideally should have knowledge of manufacturing / steel industry.
- Excellent customer services and able to deal with conflict.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
- Exceptional time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent on MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong work ethic and a team player.
- Willing to work outside of normal working times
- Own Vehicle
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wadeville, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
