We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join a leading Digital Signage Company in South Africa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities incl. receiving, storing, and distributing digital signage products.
- Implement and maintain efficient and organized warehouse processes to maximize productivity.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and implement measures to reduce errors and discrepancies.
- Cin7 Dearsystems Expertise:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Cin7 Dearsystems to manage inventory, orders, & other warehouse-related processes.
- Utilize the system for real-time tracking and reporting to enhance decision-making.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are familiar with warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Quality Control:

- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Logistics and Distribution:

- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
- Coordinate with regional teams to streamline delivery schedules and minimize lead times
- Health and Safety Compliance:

- Enforce health and safety standards within the warehouses to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Budget Management:

- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the warehouse budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Min Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the digital signage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Cin7 Dearsystems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel between Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town.
