Position Description:
**We are looking for a Brand Manager who will manage a portfolio of stores within Group Store Development. This position is key within Store Development ensuring that the objectives of TFG are met in terms of new store openings including the expansion and revamps of existing stores.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Managing store Design requirements for various brands within TFG - Brand point of contact within Store Development
- Manage relationship with Head of Ops per brand in portfolio Brand point of contact - “Live & represent the brand”
- Review brand standards in line with approved concept - understanding detail of brand & influence cost effective solutions
- Prepare store design briefs within brand requirements
- Develop brand matrix, incl. VM
- Facilitate store design meetings
- Manage store layout sign off process with brand
- Review drawing standards & standard details per brand
- Ensure site specific & any revised details issued within agreed timeframes
- Store assessments - travel
- Maintain marketing / VM interaction with brands
- Attend Estates meetings
- Maintenance of Group Store Design specification documents
- Ensure projects alignment to targeted build rate
- Briefing small works projects
- Collaboration with Procurement managers

**Requirements**:

- National Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail design and 10 years in design related field.
- Excellent planning ability
- Able to present and lead meetings
- Good space planning ability
- Good negotiation skills to resolve issues to the benefit of the company
- Must have own driver license & transport & must be able to travel abroad
- Sound knowledge of retail trends
