**HR Admin**

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Assisting audits with required information**

**2.** **Ensuring IRP5’S are sent out to all employees accordingly**

**3.** **Completion of UI-19 & Certificate of services**

**4.** **Completion of confirmation of employment as and when required**

**5.** **Filing**

**6.** **Assisting with the recruitment process (setting up interviews)**

**7.** **Drafting of contracts**

**8.** **Assisting with new employee starter packs**

**9.** **Tracking FTC & sending out reminders to the relevant HOD’s**

**10.** **Org charts - Durban to be updated timeously**

**11.** **Induction pack to be given to all new employees**

**12.** **Ensuring the employee of the month hamper are sent out timeously**

**13.** **Distributing payslips**

**14.** **Assisting with Adhoc duties**

**15.** **Ensuring all employee’s have a Job description**

**16.** **Tracking and sending out reminders for all local foreigners and expats**

**Requirements**:
**1.** **Diploma or Degree in Human resource management**

**2.** **2 - 3 years’ experience**

**3.** **Experience with Sage VIP - Advantageous**

**4.** **Computer literacy.**

**5.** **Timesheets / Payroll experience - Advantageous**
