As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the navigator of dreams, the creator of bespoke adventures, and the mastermind behind unforgettable journeys.

Your mission is simple: provide exceptional service, expert advice, and create personalized travel itineraries for our cherished travelers.

You'll also be a **sales virtuoso**, contributing to our overall profitability by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with travelers.
- Create and sell customized travel itineraries.
- Provide invaluable advice on travel destinations, from visas to travel insurance.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling, cross-selling, and championing our preferred partners.
- Maintain meticulous records and client details through our operational systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, ensuring that our travelers always experience the latest and greatest.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales and target-driven role.**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills that shine in any situation.
- The ability to **thrive under pressure** and meet tight deadlines, ensuring every journey is on schedule.
- **Proficiency in reservation systems, such as Amadeus, is advantageous.**
- A burning **passion for travel** and a treasure trove of knowledge about popular destinations.
- As this is retail travel, the **ability to work weekends and public holidays **on a roster basis is essential.
