**The role**:
As our Planning Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our business strategy by translating financial plans into category-specific sales, margin, and inventory budgets. Collaborating closely with our Supply Team, you'll blend fashion insights, market trends, and cutting-edge analytics to drive our success in the fast-paced world of online fashion retailing.

**Your Mission**:

- **Data Detective**: Uncover insights from sales, profit & supplier data. Forecast trends to skyrocket business planning.
- **Inventory Optimizer**:Analyze stock levels. Fix overstocks/understocks with data-driven solutions for perfect inventory flow.
- **Pricing Strategist**: Craft pricing plans that maximize profit, delight customers, and adapt to the market. Recommend entry/exit & tiered pricing strategies.
- **Seasonal Sales Crusher**:Spot seasonal trends, recommend order adjustments, and plan killer campaigns to soar sales & profitability.
- **Data Storyteller**: Transform data into clear insights. Present recommendations to leadership & teams with impactful visuals & reports.

**Your Experience**:

- Degree preferred, but if you've got the skills and experience, we want to hear from you
- Experience in data analysis, financial planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industr is a plus - show us your online shopping smarts
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), strong understanding of financial metrics, and excellent communication skills.
