**The role**:
As our Planning Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our business strategy by translating financial plans into category-specific sales, margin, and inventory budgets. Collaborating closely with our Supply Team, you'll blend fashion insights, market trends, and cutting-edge analytics to drive our success in the fast-paced world of online fashion retailing.

**Your Mission**:

- **Craft strategic plans for our categories**, infusing them with customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Develop annual merchandise financial plans** that ensure our sales, stocks, margins, GP, and markdowns align perfectly with our business goals.
- **Collaborate with key stakeholders** to set targets that support our strategic vision while keeping our assortment fresh and exciting across all departments.
- **Dive deep into data** to monitor projections, inventory flow, and seasonal plans, making real-time adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.
- **Embrace new planning processes and systems**, always striving for "best in practice" excellence to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
- **Provide insightful analysis** on product performance, optimizing inventory management and category stock turn to keep our shelves filled with the hottest trends.
