Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join their team

**Responsibilities**:

- FB ads & boosts
- Google ads
- Conduct keyword research & use SEO search optimisation.
- Develop social media content (FB, Instagram, Twitter) plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicating & monitoring engagement with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Performing other duties when needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Overseeing and updating already established website with developers.

- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- 3 or more years of experience working with SEO and Google ads.

- Creative thinking (thinking outside the box) & execution.
- Analytical skills.
- Guiding / training ability (up skill) the graphic designers.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Interactive & communication skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Ability to translate between Afrikaans and English.
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign,& CorelDRAW.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Execute, manage, and oversee all printing requirements.
- Process in-depth knowledge of graphic design & programs.
- Produce and oversee print and digital marketing elements.
- Attention to detail for quality and effective input (briefs) &output.
- Upholding quality and standards according to company brand identity.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
