Creating all relevant video and graphic content for Social Media & WhatsApp platforms

WEBSITE

Liaising with website Support (IT Design) for relevant updates

Creating website banners

Creating Annual Website refreshments

Creating Specials and promotions or upcoming events for website

Designing New website wireframes for sister companies

GOOGLE

Google AdsMonthly upkeep with IT-Design

Creating and establishing google search presence for all companies (Including Photo Updates and answering reviews)

Reporting all insights and growth to management in monthly report

EMAIL MARKETING

Developing and implementing campaigns on Mail Chimp

Reporting success rate of campaigns

Updating contact base with profiled contacts.

Develop and implement all relevant Sales Executive Print Materials

Digital Invitations to Contractors Days

Digital promotions on WhatsApp Status

Digital Informative for Sales.

Digital Navigation Guide to all company content

Develop and implement all relevant Visual Material

Photographing new and existing product lines

Updating website and traditional platforms with new photos

All PR related responsibilities and the marketing and implementation thereof.

**SECTION B**: SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

It is important to note that your secondary role will be to assist the Content Creator with all online elements for the company and its sister companies. This will include, but not limited tothe following primary responsibilities

Develop and implement all relevant Traditional Print Materials.

Product Brochures & Catalogues

Posters

Flyers

Pull out banners

Promotions

Magazine Spreads (e.g. SABI Monthly Spread)

PR, SMS, tickets

Outdoor Signage

Indoor Signage

Company Gazebo’s and other Marketing Materials

Promotional Give Aways

TShirts

Business Cards

Boxes

Stickers and labels

Develop and implement all relevant Sales Executive Print Materials

Invitations to Contractors Days

Signage/Stands for Distributors

Additional requests by Distributers such as catalogue changes, or image cleanups

**Sales Executive function designs such as**: How to choose a pump, Understanding Boreholes (This will typically be used as A5 Flyer tools to aid the sales team

Sales Power Point Presentations (These are typically in line with all Catalogues created and should be updated accordingly)

Any additional Training Material needed by Sales to perform training.

It is critical to remember that your role as a Graphic Designer is part of the Marketing Team as a whole, so when creating content, the initial intent should have a marketing goal and purpose in mind. All content should be created with the following considerations:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that will expand the existing client base and penetrate new markets

Penetrate new markets through lead generation and establish profitable revenue generation through new business development

Developing and managing online marketing campaigns to encourage web traffic

Ensure that current client base is serviced and all their needs are met within a timeously matter

Be in the forefront of digital and other marketing trends in the industry and advice Management of findings and suggestions to continuously improve to ensure sustainable growth

Evaluating customer research; market conditions; competitor data with the aim of improving the user experience

Set up tracking methods and systems to track both activities and effectiveness

Develop and manage all internal marketing communication systems

Maintain and strengthen the organisation’s overall brand through all media avenues

Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for management meetings and decision making

Managing successful promotions and specials in specialist product range to targeted market in conjunction with the Sales Team

Keep up to date with product specs and features and roll out education program to sales team and specialist customer base after approval from Management obtained

Draw up features and benefits and competitor’s comparison sheets as sales tools for specialist sales selling

Identify market gaps and conduct market analyses

Analyse competitors’ sales and market strategies and stay up to date with market intelligence
