- Reporting to: Head of Service Delivery- MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Acting as an Ambassador and IRE Support to the Department of Home Affairs- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interaction with DHA Branches on a daily basis
- Respond to incoming requests for IRE demonstrations and Training and one-on-one consultations
- Arrange IRE training sessions where necessary
- Communicate new IRE services and new procedures to DHA Staff
- Maintain existing relationships with DHA Staff and DHA IT
- Training/Maintaining additional DHA consultants when/if required
- Maintain accurate log entries of contacts and resolution details and follow up information
- Timeous submission of weekly and monthly activity reports and training evaluation forms
- Troubleshoot IRE issues at branches
- Assist with Product roll out when necessary (Installations and training of new versions)
- Ensure all of your responsible sites experiencing issues are visited and assisted
- Ensure Sites with POS devices and have no card transactions are visited to see why no card transactions are being done.
- All sites that have not successfully day ended or opened shifts to be contacted to resolve issue.
- All issues to be logged on Heat
- Ensure Day End is successful at the site that you are attending too
- Weekly and Monthly Activity reporting to submitted on time
- All required supporting documentation to be submitted on time i.e. Site Sign Off Forms, Training Registers, Day End Reports and Evaluation Forms**Inherent Requirements**
- ESSENTIAL: Grade 12 and A+ Certified- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel and SQL- Minimum 2 years training and support consultant experience**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Written and spoken English
- Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent Written and spoken English
- Excellent Presentation and Training Skills
- Experience with Oracle Databases (Writing SQL queries)
- Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems I

**Requirements**:

- Drivers license and own transport a must.
