Outsourced CFO is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our Growth division. The individual in this role is tasked with managing leads and sales, supporting growth in the Sales department under the guidance of the Head of Growth. Responsibilities include handling inbound leads and outbound campaigns, creating new business avenues for OCFO's services, and improving the sales process, tools, and team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales / Inbound Sales Activities**:

- Conduct client meetings with inbound leads
- Prepare proposals for new clients
- Update and maintain the OCFO CRM system
- Research and integrate new business developments and sales techniques into OCFO’s practices
- Generate weekly sales reports for Directors
- Contribute to revenue growth through new business from new clients and support outbound and conversion efforts to meet/exceed sales targets

**Business Development / Outbound Sales Activities**:

- Research and identify potential new target markets
- Generate lead lists
- Support outbound campaign management
- Communicate with potential clients and follow up
- Conduct client meetings with outbound leads
- Manage and improve the tech stack for outbound lead generation.
