**Responsibilities**:

- Crop Production Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all crop production activities on the farm, ensuring optimal yield and quality for each crop, including Wheat, Maize, Soya, Bananas, and Sugarcane.
- Irrigation Management: Efficiently manage the center pivot irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and irrigation scheduling to meet the specific requirements of each crop.
- Farm Operations: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day farm operations, including land preparation, planting, fertilization, pest and disease control, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
- Equipment and Machinery: Manage the maintenance, repair, and utilization of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring their efficient operation and availability when needed.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the farm’s annual budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality and productivity of the farm.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of farm workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the farm, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including crop yields, expenses, and any relevant data, and provide regular reports to senior management.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of crop production techniques, irrigation systems, and farm management practices.
- Proven experience in managing multiple crops, including Wheat, Maize, Soya, Bananas, and Sugarcane.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an agricultural setting.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing agricultural production, preferably on a large-scale irrigated farm.
