Lead Product Marketing

**Description**:
The role is responsible for developing and delivering a core product narrative that is aligned with the product strategy and is applied consistently across the business. This role owns all product related communications and ensure that a consistent product narrative is delivered across all channels, manage, and deliver route-to-market strategies and plans to ensure offerings are taken to market effectively and enable the broader Marketing and Sales organization to drive SYSPRO's strategic product agenda to the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Will spearhead the post-product development content & promotional efforts.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” by having a deep understanding of their needs and desires.
- Address questions around the product marketing content, the segmentation and how they will convey the product message to those customers.
- Develop engaging content to be used by sales and marketing that will reach the target audience for each product and drive increased awareness and revenues.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:
- Recognised business, sales, or marketing related tertiary education qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing and Distribution industry.
- 5+ years’ experience in ERP or Software Product Marketing.
- Sales, Product Management or Product Marketing Leadership experience.
**Beneficial Qualifications**:
- Product Management/ Marketing Certification.
- Degree level education or experience.
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.
- Exceptional project management skills
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
