You will be responsible for providing stellar support to Yoyo API Clients and Account Managers by setting up and managing Yoyo API Campaigns and providing the necessary administration to our clients.

**Your mission**

You can expect that during a typical day, you will:

- Set up Yoyo API Campaigns
- Manage current/existing Yoyo API Campaigns
- Support account manager on client conversations including the briefing in of new campaigns, adjustments of existing campaigns, reporting requirements and business support queries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Account Managers on how best to address any campaign related queries.
- Interact with Yoyo clients in a professional manner.
- Follow standard processes for campaign configuration and maintenance - ensuring controls and checks are adhered to.
- Take ownership of issues raised by our clients and see problems through to resolution.
- Escalate feedback from our clients to relevant teams (Product, Engineers) to improve our offering and anticipate future queries/campaigns.
- Liaise and work with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure a quick resolution to campaign related technical issues.
- Contribute to project and process streamlining under the guidance of the Account Managers and Campaigns Teams.
- Support account managers, product managers and senior stakeholders on administrative tasks that may be required on an ad hoc basis throughout the year

- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar ticketing systems will be advantageous
