**Metso**: Outotec’s Integrated Service Solutions (ISS)-Life Cycle Services (LCS) group provides technical and commercial support to all of the operating regions globally. Coordination is required with these regions for the development of their contract execution technically & commercially to maximize results of M;O service contractual business. As part of a small, competent team of LCS Project and contract managers.

The Fixed Price Agreement - Contract Manager is responsible to support, guide and monitor the execution of all OPA contracts for Metso: Outotec’s global organization, ensuring that all contract obligations are executed to meet customer expectations and Metso: Outotec objectives.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Process and concept development**: During the first phase of his employment the Fixed Price Agreement - Contract Manager will be part of a team responsible for the development of the OPA concept, including Sales, Proposal, productization & Execution guidelines, tools and processes.

**Contract Performance**: The Fixed Price Agreement - Contract Manager is responsible for the performance and main operational aspects of OPA contracts globally. This includes financials, lead times, OTD and other KPIs. Fixed Price Agreement - Contract Manager must be a proven leader and communicator capable of networking and aligning resources from around the globe in a common goal of maximizing Metso: Outotec’s opportunities, while maintaining excellent satisfaction level from our customers.

**Contract Operation**: The Fixed Price Agreement - Contract Manager is experienced in contract management processes systems & concepts, in order to guide OPA Market Area (MA) contract managers with contract execution;
Support MA with the implementation and compliance of contracts in accordance with the contract’s guidelines.
Coordinate Price management strategies with the MA contract managers.
Coordinate Lead time management strategies with the MA contract managers.
Throughout the contract life time, coordinate add-on and subtraction of parts for the OPA contracts list included in the OPA with the MA contract managers.
Coordinate the required internal performance reports with MA contract manager.
Coordinate the customer contractual reporting with MA contract manager.

**Contrct Financials**: The Project & Contract Manager is experienced in contract financials, SAP, to lead monthly review meetings for the OPA Contracts under his responsibility.

Work in close relation with the LCS Contract analyst, MA controllers & MA contract managers to monitor contracts financials, cost budgeting, cost forecasting, control of contract financials.
Identify deviations and work with the Market Area and Product Line to set corrective action plans.

**Contract Renwals**: Working closely with MA and ISS sales and Proposal team, the Fixed Price Agreement - Contract Manager will participate to the OPA contract renewal process and proposal preparation.

Throughout the life of contract, ensure customer satisfaction with clear and timely communication on performance and KPIs.
Working with LCS Contract analyst, develop recommendations regarding addition and subtraction of parts for the OPA contracts parts list.
Working with LCS Contract analyst, develop recommendations regarding upselling the OPA contracts toward MOI or LCS type contracts with higher values and increased customer commitment.

**Contract Improvement**:
Work with customers and Metso process engineers to identify potential process improvements to maximize availability & production.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent contract management or service-related experience.
Experience with Data management and analytics is an asset for the position.
