Emergency Response Company based in Cape Town is currently seeking the skills for a SHEQ Administrator to join their team.

Requirements
- SAMTRAC or Intro into SAMTRAC (Non-negotiable)

Experience working on SHEQ Management system

Must be able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines

Good Communication Skills

Leadership skills

Computer Skills (Excel)

Requirements
- Check if any SHEQ documents is at security to take to SHEQ office.
Spot check security paperwork quality.
Check that signage at the entrance to the depo is in good condition.
Check that mandatory signage/warning signage and information signage is displayed.
Check cleanliness of depo when entering the gate.
Check for spill spots on the concrete flooring at entrance of depot.
Check if housekeeping is done in wash bay.
Check that there is no spillage on the outside of the wash bay bunds.
If there are any skips in the wash bay, follow up with Magan to be fixed.
Check that fire equipment in wash bay is in good condition and serviced.
Ensure all employees comply with mandatory PPE requirements in wash bay.
Check waste management bins for cross waste disposal.
Check that that Hydrocarbons skip bin is not too full and follow up.
Ensure only authorized personnel in in the waste storage bay.
Ensure employees in waste storage bay in compliant with mandatory PPE requirements.
If waste in waste storage bay is accumulating, follow up for disposal.
Check that fire equipment in waste storage bay is in good condition and serviced.

**Salary**: From R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
