Just Cruizin has grown and developed into a 'Proudly South African' lifestyle brand that is loved by many, locally and internationally. The brand launched an online store 3 years ago and services both online orders and physical stores.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily client liaison and invoicing.
- Monthly entry-level bookkeeping and financial statements.
- Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and account payments.
- Managing return requests and assisting with all deliveries and dispatch.
- Managing customer queries and complaints and ensuring professional customer service.
- Keeping track of all incoming and outgoing payments.
- Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the team to optimize workflow.
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.

**About You**:

- You are highly organized and take pride in your work and workspace.
- You are good at numbers and have experience in basic bookkeeping.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly excel).
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have experience and are comfortable working on Google Drive/workspace.
- You have had experience in successfully handling relationships with customers/clients.
- You take ownership of your work and strive for excellence.
