Finance Assistant

As we continue to scale new heights, we need a Finance Assistant to join our financial dream team and help us conquer the world of online commerce

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage daily financial operations, ensuring that transactions flow smoothly and our financial records remain impeccable.
- Perform financial wizardry by accurately processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders on Fusion and Sage Evolution.
- Managing and reconciling petty cash
- Assisting with monthly wages processing
- Collaborate with our spellbinding team to optimize financial processes and find innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Cast a protection spell on our financial data by maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to the highest ethical standards.
- Assisting with month end reporting when needed
- Performing various finance related tasks that may be required by the HOF
- Ad Hoc admin duties as required

**EXPERIENCE**
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in financial software (Fusion and Sage Evolution) and spreadsheet wizardry (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
