**What you'll be doing**:
- Deliver improvements and help to embed change positively to operate at maximum performance and effectiveness
- Support Head of Talent and Performance to Influence, shape and promote “best practice”, champion diversity & inclusion and develop strategy and tactics to establish AnyVan as an “employer of choice”
- Build an in-depth understanding of current and future hiring requirements and create robust talent pipelines using both our recruitment platform, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels
- Develop a commercial understanding of key business metrics and prepare accurate and timely reports for management, highlight any trends and provide insightful commentary
- Work collaboratively with all members of the people and culture team to foster creativity, best practice and consistency

**Skills and experience we think you'll need to be successful in the role;**:
- Solid experience in an international talent acquisition and delivering end to end talent acquisition best practices in a scale up environment and working with challenger brands
- Extensive direct sourcing experience and a creative approach to it
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Solid experience and understanding of interview techniques and assessment strategies to ensure we are hiring right first time
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law as it relates to talent acquisition
- Proven track record creating and delivering effective programmes and initiatives that solve business challenges/issues
- Good understanding of talent platforms and tools and how to work with them to get the best out of them (Automation, Reporting, business engagement, etc)
- Proven track record delivering quantifiable results in line with business objectives
- An ability to input strategically and deliver operationally
- Ability to deliver improvements through effective change management (both people and process)
- Analytical thinker with strong data analysis and report building skills and a strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and how to measure them
- High levels of attention to detail, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels
