**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our services, and persuade them to take action.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions and addressing any objections.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and sales activities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous one year experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
