**Position Overview**: As the Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our sales team, managing operations within the designated zone, and driving business growth in alignment with company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- **Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the designated zone. Share all sales strategies with management for the input to implement.
- Lead, guide, and train sales team to ensure the successful execution of sales plans and achievement of targets. Develop performance report of every of your team member quarterly to share with management for the future decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges within the zone. Identify potential clients/customers including individual and corporate to enhance the sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop sales strategies and initiatives that support sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all customers, distributors, vendors and stakeholders for customer satisfaction. Implement the feedback system to identify the weak points to encounter/address them in an appropriate way.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, KPIs, and financial targets, and take proactive measures to address variances and plan for the improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management, providing strategic recommendations based on market analysis and performance data.
- Monthly, bi-annual and annual reports must be prepared timely to share with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the zone.
