**Join Our Team: Operations Co-Ordinator**

Are you ready to take on an exciting role that keeps Africa's trade moving? At Container Solutions and Logistics Africa, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Co-Ordinator to ensure our shipping containers travel smoothly and efficiently across the country.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Keep track of Containers**: Ensure our containers are where they need to be, minimize idle time, and keep them moving efficiently.
- **Work Together**: Liaise with a variety of partners like container depots and trucking companies to keep everything flowing smoothly.
- **Stay on Top of Paperwork**: Handle all the necessary documentation and make sure we're always in compliance with regulations to avoid any hitches.
- **Manage Risks**: Keep an eye out for any potential snags, from security concerns to bad weather, and figure out how to avoid or address them.
- **Control Costs**: Keep our operations cost-effective without compromising on quality, possibly by negotiating better deals or optimizing how we use resources.
- **Solve Problems**: When issues pop up, you'll be on it, resolving them quickly to keep our containers—and our clients—happy.
- **Analyze and Improve**: Always be looking for ways to do things better, based on solid data.

**Who You Are**:
A young motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail, who is willing to go the extra mile, has excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. You understand logistics inside and out and are ready to tackle the unique challenges of moving containers across South Africa.

Worked at previous places of employment for at least 1-2 years, less than a year will not be considered.

Warehouse/Driving/Forklift/& Port experience will not be considered as this is an office-based role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R8 500,00 per month
