**Customer Service Administrator - Catering Services, JHB - R14 000 to R16 000pm CTC**

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator for our catering company, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our customer service department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, process orders, and provide outstanding support to our clients. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Inquiries:
Job Card processing

Warranty claims processing

Ordering of stock, stock and spares management, quotes

Must have previous related experience.

Excellent Excel skills, experience in SYSPRO will be advantage, able to work under extreme pressure, strong admin and planning skills.

Provide accurate information regarding menu options, pricing, and catering services.

Assist customers in placing, modifying, or canceling catering orders.

Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and preferences.

Coordinate with the catering team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.

Communication and Follow-Up:
Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the order process.

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism.

Documentation and Record-keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Ensure proper documentation of special requests, dietary restrictions, and other customer preferences.

Generate reports on customer service metrics for analysis.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the catering team to relay customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Work closely with colleagues to streamline communication and enhance overall customer experience.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Address any discrepancies and collaborate with the catering team to resolve issues promptly.

Customer Education:
Educate customers on catering policies, procedures, and available services.

Provide guidance on menu choices, customization options, and event planning.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with catering services, menu offerings, and event planning is a plus.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
