**Civils Co-ordinator **required for a large manufacturing company based in **Zwelitsha, Eastern Cape**
- Requirements:_
- Advantageous to have passed a Plumbing Trade Test.
- Supervision and planning of Carpentry, Masonary, Plumbing - including sewerage,
painting, roofing and tiling.
- Must have experience as a Builder and / or Plumber.
- Supervision and planning of activities for Civil Maintenance and breakdowns.
- Supervision of Farm irrigation staff and their activities.
- Ensure optimum time utilization and recording of subordinates.
- Management of workshop and Civil stores.
- Carry out modifications and new installation work.
- Be self motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Be able to control and motivate the staff to work as a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Be prepared to work overtime and perform standby duties.
- Must be able to produce work of the highest standard/quality.
- Must be able to interact with production and maintenance teams.
- Must have a reasonable level of fitness.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, C1 (Code 10) advantageous.
- Must comply to safety, health, and environmental requirements in the workplace.
