Our client, based in Durbanville, Western Cape, is an international trader that imports and exports meat and meat products, seafood as well as vegetables.

They have a newly created role for a seasoned Personal Assistant who has worked within the shipping industry. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the following:

- Imports documentation and administration thereof
- Compiling reports
- Diary management
- Working with the clearing agents

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Matric and minimum of 2 years working within the imports industry

Highly efficient on MS Word & Excel

Fully bilingual

Own transport
