Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Build sustainable relationships - Wholesalers
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally - Sales Manager
- Engaging with customers on quotations.
- Ensure deliveries are scheduled and delivered on time.
- Keep record of customer queries in order to evaluate and assess recurring defects or complaints
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage customer requirements and implement action plans to support these requirements
- Manage incoming queries
- Processing of incoming requests for quotation and orders,
- Processing orders, sending through Pre-Invoice for payment, monitoring payment before orders are released.
- Respond to complaints and provide an after
- sales support when required
- Satisfying customer needs and requirements
- Ensure accurate receipt of stock & documentation stating quantities of stock received is in place.
- Ensure accurate counting of stock and correct allocation of bar codes.
- Ensure accurate packing of stock.
- Prepare the Warehouse and Bar-Coding Area for stock take.
- Carry out any reasonable request pertaining to the factory shop
- Visibly counting boxes/bags against waybills or invoices
- Verifying the count with the coordinator as to quantities received on the invoices.
- Make sure that all stock received has been counted and submitted for GRVing.
- To ensure no stock variances
- Correct barcodes are placed on stock to ensure that the stock is sold at the correct price, to ensure correct gp% is attained.
- Ensure pricing of goods are always correct and discounts allocated to the correct items.
- Assist Sales Co-coordinator with marketing

**GENERAL ADMINISTRATION**:
**Also, able to provide assistance / fill in when appointed employee is off**:

- Invoice stock to customers
- Maintain and update company database
- Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents
- Syspro system in place to access stock availability, back orders.
- Assist customers with sales enquires
- Process sales orders
- Arrange deliveries and collection accordingly via courier
- Ensure cash float for cashiers always balance
- Process daily cash up via Syspro
- Manage samples for potential customers
- Assist walk in customers

**STOCK MANAGEMENT**:

- Ensure accurate stock control for relevant products.
- Maintain good stock levels.
- Prepare team and shop for stock take.
- Follow stock take procedures
- Monitor stock reports
- To ensure that there are variances with the transfers of stock between the shops
- Prepare shop for stock take and follow correct procedure.
- Stock-take and reconciliation of stock
- Keeping Variance minimum to none.
