**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Select and mix paint colors to match specifications
- Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs
- Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary
- Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Working Conditions**:
The Spray Painter will work in a variety of settings, including workshops, factories, and construction sites. The job may require working in confined spaces or at heights, and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other hazardous materials. The Spray Painter must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
