Rental Agent

**Monthly Duties of a Rental Agent include but are not limited to**:

- Viewings of properties which include after hours and weekends when needed or requested by clients.
- Board maintenance = Placing _To Let_ _boards _outside available rentals as well as the removal of said board upon placement.
- Taking responsibility for all rental keys together with the handing out and return of vacated units’ keys
- Property Inspection which is inclusive of photos and a full inspection report.
- Maintenance quote requests and follow-ups.
- Weekly feedback reports of all viewings / potential listings and queries / concerns to be submitted every Friday.
- Contacting owners and tenants for lease renewals.
- Tenant Deposit Refund get quote to be deducted from tenant deposits.
- Managing of logbook
- Maintaining relationships with existing tenants and owners.

**Salary structure**:
Basic salary with incentives based on the following.

There is a minimum monthly target of 4 new mandates and the successful letting thereof each month.

Should said target be exceeded the following incentives will be rewarded:

- 5-6 Mandates = R500.00
- 7-9 Mandates = R2,000.00
- 10 or More Mandate = R4,000.00

A mandate is only deemed successful once a tenant has been placed, all due funds have been paid and all paperwork has been completed.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alberton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
